What We Do
Wills
Planning for the future gives you peace of mind today. We offer both single and mirror wills, tailored to ensure your wishes are clearly set out and legally protected.
A single will is ideal for individuals who want full control over how their estate is distributed, including appointing executors, naming guardians, and specifying exactly who benefits.
Mirror wills are commonly chosen by couples. They are two separate wills that reflect each other’s wishes, typically leaving everything to one another before passing assets to chosen beneficiaries.
Our approach is simple, clear, and personalised — making sure your will reflects your circumstances while helping to protect your loved ones and your estate.
Lasting Power Of Attorney
A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) allows you to appoint someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf if you’re unable to do so yourself.
There are two types of LPA. A Property and Financial Affairs LPA covers decisions such as managing bank accounts, paying bills, and handling property. A Health and Welfare LPA allows your chosen person to make decisions about your care, medical treatment, and daily routine.
Putting an LPA in place ensures that, should the unexpected happen, the people you trust are legally authorised to act in your best interests — avoiding delays, stress, and potential court involvement.
Our process is straightforward and supportive, helping you put the right protections in place with confidence.
Trusts & Estate Planning
Trusts are a flexible way to protect and manage your assets, both during your lifetime and after your death. They allow you to set aside assets for specific people or purposes, with clear instructions on how and when they should benefit.
Trusts are often used to help protect family wealth, provide for children or vulnerable beneficiaries, and in some cases support tax planning. They can also help ensure greater control over how your estate is distributed.
We provide clear guidance on whether a trust is suitable for your circumstances and ensure everything is set up correctly to reflect your wishes.
